D&M Notary Services is a husband-and-husband team based in Stephens City, Virginia. Devon Robinson and Michael Diaz are both Virginia-commissioned notaries who bring professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care to every appointment.
We offer mobile notarization throughout the Winchester area and surrounding counties, which means we come to you — your home, your office, a hospital, a care facility, or wherever it's most convenient. We don't believe important paperwork should be a hassle.
With two notaries on the team, we have greater scheduling flexibility and can often accommodate same-day or last-minute requests. We're available seven days a week, including evenings, because life's most important documents don't always arrive at a convenient time.
