D&M Notary Services is a husband-and-husband team based in Stephens City, Virginia. Devon Robinson and Mike Diaz are both Virginia-commissioned notaries who bring professionalism, flexibility, and genuine care to every appointment.
We offer mobile notarization throughout the Winchester area and surrounding counties, which means we come to you — your home, your office, a hospital, a care facility, or wherever it's most convenient. We don't believe important paperwork should be a hassle.
With two notaries on the team, we have greater scheduling flexibility and can often accommodate same-day or last-minute requests. We're available seven days a week, including evenings, because life's most important documents don't always arrive at a convenient time.

Per Virginia § 47.1-19, a notary may charge up to $10.00 per notarial act. The only additional allowable charge is actual travel expenses when traveling away from home or office, agreed upon in advance. The 2026 IRS standard mileage rate of 72.5 cents per mile is used as a reference benchmark for travel cost estimates.
