Where we meet you

Notarization close to home

D&M Notary Services is Devon Robinson and Michael Diaz, two notaries public commissioned by the Commonwealth of Virginia. We’re based in Stephens City, and Frederick County is our home county.

We serve Winchester, Stephens City, and Middletown. Instead of asking you to find a notary’s office, we come to you: your home, your office, or a hospital or care facility.

In Winchester, that includes bedside visits at Winchester Medical Center. Hospital and care facility visitor policies apply, and we work within them.

We’re a veteran-owned and LGBTQ+-owned business.
